All notices from Dr. Michael Mosley to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any payment information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment.

Refund and Return Policy  

All sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS. CANCELLATIONS made by Sitter are NON- REFUNDABLE.
 Dr. Michael L. Mosley has the right to cancel and or reschedule an appointment. Dr. Michael L. Mosley  has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Dr. Michael L. Mosley  has the right to refuse rescheduling a missed or late appointment without providing a refund.

*** Phone/Internet/VideoChat Readings: All appointment times are in CST time and it is your responsibility to be on time. NO REFUNDS will be given for not being available for our scheduled appointment and/or missed appointments for a scheduled reading. A 48-hour notice to reschedule an appointment is required otherwise you will forfeit your payment and NO REFUNDS will be given. Extending the appointment will not be allowed if you are late and no pro-rated fee or refund will be given. If we are performing the reading via Skype, Zoom, Facetime or Instant Messenger, telephone, or any other electronic app or video chat program it is your responsibility to download all apps or software and to add me as a contact prior to the session. If you are not able to connect, this counts as a "no-show", in which NO refunds will be given. Shipping and Delivery 

At this time, Dr. Michael Mosley ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Dr. Michael Mosley ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

International
